Damaged or Wrong Item

Sh*t happens — and we’ve got your back.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a few photos and a short description.

We’ll fix it and send a replacement at no extra cost. Simple.

 


 

Sizing & Exchanges

Everything is made-to-order to avoid overproduction and waste.

Because of this, we don’t offer refunds for wrong size or change of mind.

However, if you’re unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help.

In special cases, we may offer a size exchange (shipping costs may apply).

We want you to actually wear what you buy.

 


 

Wrong Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will apply once we confirm the correct details.

Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned because it wasn’t collected, we’ll contact you.

Reshipping costs will apply if you want it sent again.
